Great news from the field — GOJE has just landed another major contract win!
We've been awarded the bid for 6 sets of evaporator equipment on a leading Sichuan phosphorus chemical enterprise's "Yellow Phosphorus Co-Production of High-Value-Added New Materials" project, powered by our advanced MVR evaporation and crystallization technology. The scope spans evaporation capacities of 100t/h, 50t/h, 30t/h, and 3t/h, covering both core process stages: evaporative concentration and evaporative crystallization.
This project uses a co-production process to achieve cascading utilization of phosphorus resources and resource recovery from solid waste — a benchmark example of green transformation in the industry.
To address the material's key challenges — heavy scaling tendency, complex operating conditions, and strong corrosivity — GOJE engineered a tailored combination solution: plate rising/falling-film evaporation, forced-circulation evaporation, and forced-circulation evaporative crystallization. The result: stable, reliable operation with significantly reduced steam consumption, delivering operating economics that clearly outperform both traditional multi-effect evaporation and conventional MVR systems.
